When you zoom to the eyes, the glasses get pixelated. Use vectorgraphics (either created directly in AE or in Illustrator or in Inkscape(freeware),...) to prevent this and get sharp edges at any scale.

I noticed that too. I was going to see if I could fudge it with the camera focus, but I'm doing it for free and decided it was good enough. I used photoshop to create the character, and left the components not-rasterized. I'm pretty sure that means they're vector in photoshop. Don't know how to maintain that when I send it to AE.
