Social Anxiety: Normal vs. Phobia

I actually believe that social phobia is caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. I was a very confindent, in fact very cocky kid who was always being the center of attention.. Then as I entered my teens and all the bodies hormones and chemistry changed. I noticed that I started feeling uncomfortable whenever someone was looking at me. Strange... never happened before, but after the age of about 14 it just hit me rather quickly and degraded even quicker to the point where i never left home.

Wonderful video, Rachel! I really liked it! It gave me excellent insight into the negative beliefs that SA sufferers have.

On a positive note, I was also just watching this video to affirm my positives. So, when it said "I worry alot about what my superiors think or me" I just combated it and said, "I don't worry about. blah blah..."
