I know that shark dude borrowed some chakra from someone else in the Akatsuki but Neji sed his chakra level was almost past Naruto's even with naruto's nine tailed fox (the strongest demon there ever was/is) inside of him. Now some1 tell me, how tha fuck is that possible...

he meant that kisame(the shark guy) was a strong as naruto with the nine tailed power he has seen so far.(neji has only seen naruto use his ninetailed charka , not when he gets the cloak)

so kisame isn't as strong as the ninetailed fox but its charka.
