Try a neckspin now swing horizontal exactly level with your neck keeping you chin up with no fear and the chuck should spin around your neck allowing you to catch it with the same hand that released it or the other hand I think there is an example in one of my vids. I'ma make some new ones soon showing some top secret moves I haven't revealed yet.
