I remember watching this on the VR missions disc when I was a kid, and then putting MGS straight on to try out that C4 display at the end. I felt deflated and a bit cheated when I realised that there was a limit to how many you could place at one time :(

They're not lying, this was included on either the 'making of metal gear sold 2' disc that came with the original PAL copy of the game, or the secondary disc with the subsitence edition called 'the document of metal gear solid' it included beta trailers and E3 trailers for MGS1 & 2 including the more famous ones like Snake Evading fortune's railgun (when everyone had no idea about raiden until just before the game was released)

If any of you are taking the time to question whether or not this is actual MGS beta footage or just some random gamecube, which by the way would look totally different due to its enhanced graphics compared to the PSX...are extremely ignorant. I guess pre-rendered cutscenes would have taken too much space as MGS had relatively long cutscenes and I think that cutscenes made with engine suit better for this game, they don't broke the illusion.
