In the real game, Kratos attacks the titan with the sword (blade of olympus), and doesn't have the Cestus (is that what it's called?) when fighting that Lion. There are some waay more epic cinematics, like fighting Chronus or Killing poseidon :D

I feel I have to put this to rest. The badness of the ass of Chief and Kratos is totally equal! Kratos is half god, and Chief is a genetically enhanced super-soldier. Kratos killed a bunch of gods, and Chief killed a few thousand physically superior aliens. Take away the armor and weapons, and they would probably either be best friends and team up to fight crime, or kill each other in a totally equally matched battle for the ages. Argument over.
