Bud is naturally sucking the nutes from the leaves that had sugars stored as a source of energy when it gets old and doesn't have importance the plant uses that resource and it may die off or w/e.

Look normal to me, the yellow comes out more in the budding stage in the sun leaves. I wouldn't worry about it bro!!
