My dog does the same. He goes nuts after you have bathed him. He wants to go outside and roll in the smelliest thing he can find, but will settle for inside playing like a game of tiggy. If you don't play with him or chase him he does the same thing as this dog. It must be a Jack Russel/foxy thing?

Lol, thats what my dog does if you start to play with her, or for instance, you're playing with her, then just stop she'll sit there and look at you and make that noise, it's funny :P
