I have a Weimeraner (Sydney, my life) and she is SO ADORABLE! Since i was 6 i was begging for a dog and i FINALLY got one. We were first thinking of getting a laberdoodle but then we have Sydney. She is 3 years old and such a great dog. WEIMERANERS R TA BEST DOG!! Although, I try to stay away from her when she goes swimming, cause I'll be scratched (brother threw tennis ball at me which sydney chased doing the doggie paddle). Personal Experience. :D

Your dog is awesome! These people are calling her fat, Im sorry. I have a 1 year old weim Ferris. Hes my life. We took him swiming once last year and he wasn't a huge fan. I am hoping this year will be different. We got him a little GSP brother this past OCT. Hope they will swim together. Have Fun!

Great videos; you obviously love your Weimie. He is quite a bit overweight though. It's always better to err on the thinner side to keep them healthy and happy for many years.
Lukas looks awesome! I wish our little grey guy had that kind of energy...he jumped in a pool and swam like that one time when he was a tiny pup, before his illness...and it's our goal to have him acting just like Lukas before long!
Lu is a GREAT dog! If you want her to live longer, take just a few pounds off her. She's just a little too heavy. My Weims gained just 5 or 6 pounds over the winter but that's 10% of their body weight. It made a world of difference when they lost those 6 pounds. Lu is not fat but she could be slimmer.
