YOU CAN DO IT SOME TIMES IN PS3, JUST WHEN THE GAME IS FULL OF PLAYERS AND THE CONNECTION IS KIND OF LAGGED. IF YOU JUMP AND OPEN THE PARACHUTE RIGHT AT THE MOMENT SOMEONE JOINS THE GAME YOU'LL OPEN AN INVISIBLE PARACHUTE AND THIS WILL LET YOU DO THE GLITCH.

I always thought SA had some features better than GTA IV also... it was sad to see no flyable jets in GTA IV, when stunting was pretty fun with jets in San Andreas)

The only MP modes in BOGT are Deathmatch and race, and you can't get parchutes in any of them.
