I really like your idea. I hope you don't get offended if I use a little Splenda because I need to cut way back on excess sugar for dieting purposes but the crust makes this very appealing. Pumpkin pie spice would also work with this too. This is the first time I've seen a recipe for pumpkin pie without evaporated milk. I've gotta give this a try!
