I knew from an atlas that Sochi is located by the Black Sea. I'm so interested in the city as a venue of the next Winter Olympics.

Could be a disaster. Sochi may be the only region in Russia with very little snow. It is a sub-tropical environment. It is fairly remote. All the infrastructure for the athletics events, hotels, the Olympic Village for the athletes, restaurants, etc must be pretty much built from scratch. Most of the avenues into Sochi, the roads etc. must be constructed. The corruption in Russia is monumental. A road built into Sochi recently cost 50 X's what it would cost to build in N. America.

US,UK,CA,AUS, NZ We are too lazy to learn other people languages this is a fact.

But there are some of us who do lean other languages. I know canadians that were taught french in school as a requirement and still don't know the language. The US has the same problem with spanish. This is sad, so no it is not only America.
