I think this is chasing shadows. Thing is, this guest's argument falls flat by her own arguments - they refused to search because there was nothing TO search. If they're already planning on doing something illegal, they're probably not going to be worried about following some FOIA mandate!

Anyways, city cops are sauced up with military vets, and the training/equipment/tactics are almost paramilitary in design, these days. Nobody took the occupiers seriously, no need for CIA.
