Not really, Rammstein has a own genre --> NDH= Neue Deutsche Härte, means new german hardness, but industrial metal is also not completly wrong. I think R+ and Deathstars are cool, but Rammstein is the best band in this world.

Technically speaking Rammstein is more NDH orientated (definately not industrial really, though some of their early works portrayed that), whereas Deathstars is clearly more Gothic/Industrial orientated.
