Ok the office originated in AMERICA European humor is so dry. That's the reason why USA office went longer because it's funnier and more people enjoy it then the uk version. It seems in the uk they were trying to be funny like it was forced. In the us it's more natural. Besides we all know Dwight makes the whole show ;)
