Its probably due to the camber angles the car is running, a common thing on most race cars. If you see the bottom half of a wheel sticking out a little bit, that is negative camber, it improves grip in the corners.

as much as we all go googly-eyed over the sights and sound of the new car, theres no guarantee it will be a sure winner on the FIA gt circuits. in fact team corvette has been dominating AMLS and FIA. along with Porsche. This has the same brakes as the 599 GTO has. According the Clarkson the brakes faded quite easy? Unsure why they would have used these if this is true. Still the 458 is a EPIC car. And now this.... dear god this is top 3 best cars made. Other than the brakes if what I think is correct.
