how do you make a loop? need help

@Magicsidekid123 You need a coaster that is capable of loops, usually steel coasters. Then while you're building a track, put the track on a small upward slope, and scroll through the special track pieces on the right hand side of the build menu. Pick whatever loop you like. Some inversions, like corkscrews and barrel rolls, don't even need an upward slope. :)
