I don't think most schools in Japan actually allow girls to wear shorts under their skirts. Is it just something you decided to do, or were you told it was permitted?

Also, I think a lot of girls in Japan wouldn't do it even if it was accepted because there seems to be a peer group pressure thing going on of not wanting people to think they were concerned about the cold. did you pick up on this when you were there?

I have a private tutor right now ^^ Her name is Keiko, and shes a tour guide for japanese tourists here xD Shes realy fun to get lessons from ^^ but unfortunatley I wont be able to keep going with lessons much longer DD: its kinda expensive xP

For rotary, it depends on which branch you live under. Regions are runned by smaller branches of rotary and they are the ones who send students for the exchange programs. Depending on how much funding they have, they will either pay fulling with some spending cash all they way to you have to pay for everything. You will have to check in with your local rotary to see if they do or not.

That's where I go. This girl on YouTube gave it to me! She actually lives in Japan! (and yes, she's Japanese) The website doesn't teach you Kanji, but phrases and "otomotapeia" (okay, I know I spelt that wrong! xD)
