your too late the new offices have game zone xbox ,ps3,ps2 competition is cut throat everybody is looking to cash in in this expensive country life is hard to get cash coz the goverment is broke so sad in mois time we were corrupt n making cash fuck even paying for cable t.v is hard
Turn the fucking music off in the background you cant hear shit. Africans are always trying to copy American culture and technology but cant use it properly.
Good! it's nice to see a young man who thinks big despite all the odds against him in a city like Nairobi and stay positive still. Next time though, kill the volume so we can hear!
@Gutsyndicate It how millions of other young Americans his age live, dufus. When I was 22, I was living at home, working part time and going to school. Grew up middle class just like him in America. That has become part of the middle-class lifestyle in this country also.
Ok I am moving to Kenya in 3 months and would like to know if there's game stores with xbox and ps3 or there's non of that stuff like flat screens ????? Plz anwer.
please correct me if am wrong but isnt this a show in Kenya, why are they converting the money to euros??? i think we would relate better to our own currency Kenya Shillings....
i was mugged by guys impostering as police,.i been to beaches 2 times there and was tormented by beach bums,,they never know when to stop annoying tourists,.no i wil not go kenya again sorry.
@suirvale sorry to hear that......but it's like that in the places in the world. it's coz ure a tourist. even myself when i go to the village and visit my grandmother i get pested by the so-called drunks there....so it happens to everyone.
Kenyans are extremely intelligent but social inequalities are so evident over there. Their government is more interested in filling their pockets....and the indigenous people are the last to benefit. All the foreign interest over there live like kings and queens....it takes a while to adjust to seeing that....very disheartening.
We were in Nairobi this time last year for about a month. Our driver was always afraid to drive by Kibera and didn't want to be out to late ( like after 7) but we stayed out late and had a great time. I think that Kenya has a bright future if it can manage to get a handle on the corruption that plagues the system. We also got hustled while we were out there....its apart of the experience but you live, learn and keep it movin... the highlight of my trip was flying out to Mombasa....so beautiful.
You need to connect with a local you can trust, or someone who can get you resident rates. Foreigners are charged at a higher rate in most places than locals.
life is all about kujipanga and avoiding taking crazy risks. anyone can live on what they have its all about planning and living within your limits. if you earn less spend less and remeber to save up alittle.. be realistic dont live above your limits and it will surprise you how life can turn around wheather you are in the gheto or uptown!!

By "hustled" do you mean "mugged" or "taken advantage of as toursists by hucksters selling overpriced wares?"
