If marine life would have equal rights to live and be protected by good laws the environment would be protected too but lets face it, people don't want to free the animals they want to eat them and have profit exploiting them. And look at the result. At the end of the end nothing will be left, not even air to breath, and again, Animal Liberation and equal rights for all non - human life is the answer and people should focus on that.
@lilisigel Agree. But don't forget that marine life are also being exploiting every day in parks and other ulgy places just to make people happy. The anwser is clear - keep fighting for all non - human life or animals.
@ARTLKING I am with you and thanks for mentioning this. Animal exploitation for human entertainment has to end too and animals must have legal rights to live their lives free. Thank you for your replay and for supporting Animal Liberation and equal rights for all animals ! :-)
Katherine- This is one of the most visually powerful videoe that I've ever seen, but it was your words that make it very, very hard to keep from breaking down and weeping!! Absolutely Heart Wrenching!!!
ALL those pictures were from last spring & summer right after the spill. Anyone who is attempting to claim that the Gulf looks ANYTHING like that now or that an odd dead shark or fish on the beach had anything to do with the spill is doing this for effect and drama period! Most of us who live here in the Gulf are sick and tired of some folks still milking a spill that ended over 7 months ago, and painting our home states with images that no longer exist. Whoever they are - get a life.
Its not at all the masses its the corporate it was a choice and it was deliberate and corexit was not the only choice it was intentionally chosen for maximum damage
Oh my gods I am crying so hard. Those poor animals covered in oil. Turtles. Dolphins and the shark. The birds can't fly to catch food and their food is destroyed by oil anyways. They are allowing for people to swim in the water now and there is a video tape here on YouTube. The filmer asks the child as she comes out of the brown water, how do you feel? She answers, "I'm itchy." There are still poisonous chemicals in there.
Thank you for this message. Have you seen the advertising for the Deepwater Horizon? The words of the oil industry spokespeople are calculated to sway the minds of those who merely skim the surface. When reality strikes they walk away. It is true this is the time to act. Those who consider the next seven generations, our people, must strive to bring awareness to others. Many have tried talking and, meeting only ignorance, fell into despair. It is time to act, symbolically and peacefully. Act now
Fantastic video:)Can we get smarter?Cause we got to this stage through ignorance & greed. No mother earth, we all die. She's beautiful & dosen't deserve to die.I'm sick of human beings thinking they have no responsibility for planets welfare.200 years ago,we wernt this destructive, earth could look after itself. Now it's diff. There are almost 7bill humans here.We have to be responsible for what we do & clean up our mess
I can barely watch. Poor things, I'm crying again. Our beloved dolphins, turtles, Humpbacks, stingrays, and all the others. They don't deserve to die like that but there are some humans that do. This video must have been very difficult for you to create. I'll probably not watch again because it's so painful, but I'm saving this in my Gulf playlist for others.
Just me, re-watching your beautiful video... I am soooooo glad you made this one, Kat. It's a tragic story that must be told, and you do an incredible job speaking truth (straight from your loving caring heart)... I love you more than you can imagine
The damage to Mother Earth and Her Creatures is staggering.... it still makes me cry and there is no end in sight... *sigh*
Sister, how the Earth Mother brings fourth her defenders we wonder how these other seemingly alien people could be from here..how could they even concieve of doing this..i'm told 37,000 of these wells have been made just in the gulf.
All it seems for the moments morsal to starve and suffer later..
And to know it never had to be this way,our GrandMother gave us the mind to have all this go away decades ago,now as we move to better ways this happend,
crying here more now just like the ocean :(;(;(. cus i can soooooo hear the hurt in your voice and your heart....yes you have done a wonderful job speaking for our beloved children off the deep and the familys affected on the shorelines as its their income..love you sweet lady. Why wont they wake up. and smell the cawwfee.. but we know the answer to that tho dont we.:@ xoxoxxo
This is more than a damage it's a tragedy. What else must happen before we're open our eyes? If we continue we have only money to eat but nothing else. Thanks for this video
Kat, this toxic nightmare is a tragedy for the ocean and Earth's creatures... your video is a beautiful and passionate way to call people to action... we have to do something to stop this madness. No More Offshore Drilling! Our planet is not for sale! Start a Green Revolution! Solar, Wind, and Hemp! Fight Big Oil! Power to the People! Peace on Earth for The Oceans!
