Some were still around in the late 90's. Or they were in Norfolk, Virginia. I was born in 1992 an supposably the hospital I was born at had steam locomotives still running around out back.
The hospital was built near the a main line.

that was probably because they were running fan trips with the 611, 1218, 765 and 1225. thru out that area
