The Septum clamps hurt more than the actually piercing did for me but it still bloody hurt!

I'm pretty sure they pierce the soft part inside the nose not the hard all though I think both can be done

The only thing that hurts watching is when the needle goes through u see it hit the inside of the nose flap that to me would hurt worse just because he fucked up and went to far And almost went through the wrong part

I got mine about two months ago. It was right up there in the worst pain I've ever felt. I ha to fight to not black out and my piercer was horrible. I waited around a month and a half to change the ring and it didn't hurt at all, it just really tickled, haha.

@XnightmaresXendX I cried when I got mine done, but only because your nose has nerves that are connected to your tear ducts, so even if you pinch the middle of your nostrils, tears will form.

I had mine pierced two years ago and have begun to stretch it, it is painful but in my case it healed quickly and I love it.

It does hurt, but it's not the kind of painful, unbearable kind of pain. It stings more than it hurts. It's not a hard piercing to get.

Wow it happened so quick I had to rewatch it. I've got my industrial done and it killed. My lip, Monroe and nose didn't though. I want to get this next, so I'm hoping he hits the "sweet spot".

any professional piercer should position the clamp so that it rests on the bottom of the cartilidge, so that when the needle slides through theres no chance of missing the sweet spot. this is my favourite piercing, but it did hurt compared to both my nose piercings and lip piercings.

I think it really depends on the person. Some people can take it out after it heals and it won't close up. Other people's piercing may close up after it heals. It may not close up completely (depending on the gauge), but it might shrink a bit.The actual healing process is pretty quick. Mine healed in about a couple weeks, if I remember correctly.

i got told not to change my jewellery for 3 months, but i think thats a bit far, ive had mine for just over a week now and it doesnt hurt anymore, it just stings a bit when i clean it x

3 weeks is a fresh piercing, no matter what..

I'd wait until a little bit more than a month, because I hear they heal super fast.

I did my septum earlier with a STERILE 16g hollow needle. with gloves and clamp. it just feels like pulling a nose hair out to me; but your eyes water like crazy lol.

From my experiances Septums hurt more then Nasallangs...but industrials hurt more then septums

My friend had a septum, she said it was the most painful piercing she's had. I have my industrial, it hurt, of course, but it stays very sore for awhile... at least on me it did.

She got hers in 16g... I got mine in 10g. It hurts more if you get it bigger (obviously). It stings more than it hurts... Not too bad. The pain isn't too bad!
