  • God is merciful but I fear for these people. I have no pity for the leaders of the church of Joseph Smith.

  • Where did the "Atonement" happen?

LDS claim it happened in the Garden.

Christians claim it happened on the Cross.

"...without SHEDDING OF BLOOD is no remission." —Hebrews 9:22

Jesus cried tears and sweated in agony, but they were tears, not Blood...that is clear.

Luke 22:44 - "And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground."

So the Mormon contention that the Atonement happened in the Garden cannot possibly be true.

  • Poor Mormons, They are so confused, so tangled up in a web of evil, uncertainty, and ambiguity, they don't know which way is up. They so desperately cling to the slippery cliff of relativism. Oh how I hope and pray that their eyes would be opened to realize we are not a band of enemies ready to kill them when they fall but friends ready to catch them and bring them to the true Christ, the true God and the true salvation!

  • @philosophizer149 Amen!

  • @philosophizer149 I'm a mormon and would love to talk. though I'm sure it would go nowhere.

  • I'm so happy you uploaded this video, the truth needs to be embraced.

  • ALL SAID HERE IN THE VIDEO IS 100% TRUE

  • An "Angel" came to Muhammad too. So I should believe what Muhammad said too since he claimed to get God info from an Angel? *sigh*

  • Wait are you pro-morminism or anti-morminism??

  • I love Kirk Cameron!!!!!

  • @Greyfort7 Hang in there grey. Jesus saves, religion can't save anyone.

  • I had some Mormons visit me yesterday. They asked if I'd read the book of Mormon. I was thinking about doing it just to refute it, but, now I realize they'd just tell me my Bible's wrong if I found a contradiction between the two, haha.

And I think they were holding back answers to most of my questions since I've talked to Mormons before and had a friend who was a Mormon when I was a kid.

    Hmmmm...

    Thanks for this video :)

  • @NateWardawg My question is why dont they hold to the NT manuscripts instead of what Joseph Smith said?

  • Thank you for being so bold and sound and educating us all. People have the freedom to believe what they want, but I believe The Bible and Jesus Christ are true. Joseph Smith was a false prophet and many are being decieved by Mormonism.

  • We have this video. It is awesome. God Bless

  • Wow that is something new taht i have learned that Satan can come to us as an angel clothed in light. That is pretty scary.

Thanks for posting Shalamitefire. it is helping me alot understand mormonism.

God Bless you guys:) :) :)

  • The book of Mormon is not the word of God by any means! God cannot contradict or be wrong on something.

  • Mormonism is a cult of counterfeit Christianity with enormous credibility issues. This young upstart religion has taken main & plain Bible meaning & bastardized the belief of same by assigning radically different definition. Even the creatorship of Christ, the supernality & eternality of the Father & the authority of the Holy Ghost is assailed daily by their door to door doctrines of demons & commandments of men. Their history is hysterical. They refuse to renounce their polygamist, racist past.

  • I have no where near enough space to respond to all of the issues. PLEASE, if you wish to have answers, I will do what I can. I have an account, just send me the question and I will respond where possible. I am and have been a faithful black Latter-day Saint and am more than happy to answer most questions. Please, no question is ignorant or stupid, just ask. God and Jesus Christ are amazing and the plan laid out for man is incredible! Christians have more in common than seperate.

  • @verumimillenium

You wrote: "Christians have more in common than seperate." (sic)

    Than separate from who? LDS?

  • It is a free gift through the atonement of the wonderful Jesus Christ to every human being who would ever come to earth. Inheriting one of the three degrees of "GLORY," note I said Glory, is being saved, however by Mormon theology, obtaining Exaltation is what requires additional knowledge principles and ordinances.

  • @verumimillenium

So, are you saying that one can live a wicked life & be saved in one of the Mormon three degrees of glory?

  • @verumimillenium

What does the New Testament of our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ tell us about ordinances?

    Here is a hint.... Colossians...

  • Wow! I'll have much to say in regards to many of the issues addressed in these videos. I can tell just by the first statement "If it weren't for Joseph Smith, nobody would be saved." This is false in that immortality is "being saved" for Latter-day Saints. It is a gift to ALL no matter what kind of life we live.

  • @verumimillenium

You commented: "This is false in that immortality is "being saved" for Latter-day Saints. It is a gift to ALL no matter what kind of life we live."

Hey, that is NOT Bible! You folk claim to believe the Bible, but typically when the Bible sets forth something different than another writing, you leave off the Bible. That is disrespectful to the Jesus I love!

  • @Shulamitefire Amen!

  • @verumimillenium Joseph Smith allegedly restored the true church. Therefore without him, it follows logically we would all be in churches of the devil, wrong churches that do not bring salvation. Furthermore, if universal salvation as you propose is true, then what is the point of being mormon? Why not be an atheist an commit as much sin as you want?

  • @verumimillenium Do you really believe that? I'm just curious.

  • Only two types of religion in the world...works and grace. Christianity is the only "religion" of grace. Praise God.

  • I'm not particularly a fan of this tag-team-dynamic duo, but on this, I can agree on.

  • Actually there are four accounts of the first vision and the Church latter decided on the version now used. Mormons have no idea in general and don't typically care to know the truth about this reality.

  • The Bible says that there is only one mediator between God and man, that being Jesus. The end. Any church or hierarchy who claims that they are needed in order for people to be saved is lying, and is not of God.

  • There were 3 versions of the "first vision"(from Joeseph Smith)

The "book of Abraham" was supposedly "translated" from an egyption papyrus. It was examined by an egyptian expert, and is nothing but a simple burial document. but Smith got a full book out of it.

The Mountain Meadows massacre, was engineered, executed and swept under the rug, TO THIS DAY! By Mormon leaders

  • While it is a false doctrine, I still don't understand what's so shocking/offensive about Mormons believing that Satan is a brother of Jesus. Could someone explain?

  • The LDS church blasphemously blunders that Christ rather than being the uncreated Creator of all creation is a created spirit.

  • Then why not say precisely that on that instead of bringing up the Satan thing? I think that you would get your point across better that way.

  • I am a Latter-day Saint, happy to answer questions of theology where I can. First, thank you for asking the question and allowing a "Mormon" (prefer Latter-day Saint) to answer. In fact I will be watching all three of these, to dispel falsehoods when spoken and confirm truths that perhaps have been wrongly propagated throughout the history of this church, even by its own members.

  • Please know that people in religions are not perfect and that "Christians" also hold personal opinions, like these two. The bible in Romans 14 (the whole chapter) is worth gold. Regardless of our differences, we as Christians and any other spiritual denomination should respect one another. I am not speaking of exploitive sects or ones that do harm.

  • The world needs to READ their scriptures and understand that a loving God who inspired men to record many pearls of wisdom wants us to DO and to BE better.

  • @verumimillenium

We are to test the spirits & we have both the Holy Spirit AND the Bible - do not forget the Bible! - to test the spirits & judge ALL other writings.

  • @verumimillenium

Dr. James MacDonald said in one of his sermons, "God's love is not a pampering love but a perfecting love." God doesn't tell you you'll do better when you mess up but rather, through the holy spirit, convicts you of sin (outright rebellion against God and punishable with death). We will never DO or BE better without God's perfecting love. We can't boast with our works, our own salvation, rather through Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

  • @Doliath Because Christians believe Christ is God, Satan was never God!! Christians believe Christ always existed and will always exist. Putting him on the same level as Satan, is simply blasphemy in the eyes of Christians!!

  • this video is so good I tried to sub twice! lol! Keep up the great work of reaching people for Christ!

  • there are many similarities between the role of the Roman Pope and the Mormon Prophet....but everyone knows surface level similarites mean zilch unless you dig deeper, and once that is done, the two roles can be significantly seen as very different. Satan isnt an originator, but an imitator :)

  • I wouldn't compare the Pope to that child molesting mormon prophet of satan joseph smith

  • Great series! Thank God for his word, & Christians who care.

My journey out of mormonism has added so much power to my prayers, & helped the Lord to break me!

You cant take Jesus seriously & remain allied to this deviant cult. The truth is the truth.

  • Thanks much, dear brother I really appreciate your thirst for Truth and your heart after the Beautiful God. You are a fine inspiration.

  • Excellent video Shulamite, when Mormonism is set alongside Biblical Christianity plainly (as it is here) the false gospel of Joseph Smith is clear to see. Let's hope this presentation along with the other parts will begin a process of exploration for our LDS friends. Thank you for the time you spend posting these videos brother, bless you.
