As a song writer my self. ive been in love with Bert Mcracken's (the sing of "The Used") lyrics. however i find Jason's lyrics really good. hes one of my favorite song writers. even when he was in mayday parade they were still pretty good.
@Deathblade6661 jason's lyrics are good because he writes them from the heart. he's been screwed over by so many girls and "friends" that he knows the meaning of sadness and strength and the importance of happiness. and he puts that into his music. he always was a talented kid with plenty of soul.
The thing with Mayday Parade is Jason made them famous. They are famous because of his work. And now people are like oh yeah I know Mayday Parade. But then when you ask about Go radio.... Who the fuck is go radio? ....

Derek wrote a lot of Champagne's for Celebrating and co-wrote You Be the Anchor. Jake wrote the majority of 3 Cheers for 5 Years, which was the first song they wrote together as Mayday Parade. Not so sure about the rest, but I'm pretty certain Jason did a lot of the rest.
But as for me, I just love both Go Radio and Mayday Parade. I'd listen to (almost) any song they'd put on, including this one.
I'm just going off of wat everyone is saying through the comments on one of my video's. They all say Jason wrote most of MP's songs. Thanks for saying that though because now I can tell my commenters differently.
