The subtitle has a delay.
However the video is very disturbing!
My grandparents leave in the village nearby (Cerneteaz) but I never realized that those people live in such poor conditions.
The authorities don't even bother to go there!
It's sad that this kind of things happen's in 2008

Thanks for letting me know about the delay-Things were relatively stable while they worked in the state farm, but once it was dissolved it was difficult for many of the workers to find other work.
