I see it as a technical glitch causing chain reactions with 3 more to go just in case. The reason why I always like the 4 jet turbines on the 747 since I was a kid.
Both Airbus A380 and Boeing 747 are amazing aircraft, both are build to very high standards, and both are as safe as they can be with the knowledge we have.

@ThomasAUSTRALIA1 Actually, it was more stressful than boring. Having 8 hours to do 10 hours of work is stressful. Always being behind because you are waiting for QA to show up and approve your work is more stressful than boring... but that was because my work area was kind of a remote location... years ago- back when Boeing still made the 747 center wing section themselves instead of it being shipped in from Japan.

@adigital1 I work for A380 FAF Quality. The 747 is extraordinary for a 40 year old aircraft, but seriously from the technological side the 380 is miles ahead. Example of 40 years difference, watch how a 380 is assembled and how the 747 is. From the quality aspect, even if he are having a lot of difficulty's, statistically we are doing better then the 747. They are a lot of reasons why the 380 doesn't have "a lot" of commands but it has nothing to do with french tradesmanship.
yeah mate and i work on the brand new A330, after working on b737/747 all my life, you can jam any airbus up your french arse. as we say in Australia, Airbus is French for overtime! dam piece of shit. i have never seen such bad tradesmanship in such an aircraft and yes ive worked on 3 BRAND NEW AIRBUS now. End of story...
Although Airbus has faster response times and more technoligical equipment than boeing .BOEING has a more realistic feel of flying than that of a joy stick. the a380 is not ever going to replace the 747 name. All the A380 is doing is caring a lot more people, thats it. other then that its one of the ugliest planes ever. But i still like it, im not saying its bad or any thing, just thats its not 747
@streetstream yeah exactly the freighter version, not the intercontinental, thou they do have a partly finished intercontinental, and i must say, its ugly, makes the a380 look good.
@amazon6568 That's what i was afraid of. I have much respect for the 747, but i'm afraid it will be ugly (btw, i think the 747-400 is beautiful so nobody thinks i'm just a punk who doesn't like the 747)
@streetstream Oh i thou you were just a airbus fan boy or something (i like both airbus and boeing, there both a honor to fly) I wonder what boeing was thinking making this....
@amazon6568 No no, i love airbus, but i also love Boeing (all time favorite = boeing 727). I must admit, when some idiot screams 'fuck airbus' i'll do a similar childish comment about Boeing, but i seriously love Boeing. Just hope the passengerversion will look some what descent.
u really havent seen the A380 in real life have you?? Let me tell you this: I thought that the A380 was an awesome airplane, even better than boeing. Then, one day, I saw the Jumbo at an airport. I was sooo excited until I looked carefully. The way it looked made me change my mind right away, and since then I have been a major boeing fan. Boeing has much better airplanes than airbus. Airbus have ordinary airplanes. Boeing has extraordinary ones. Face it people.
@maxwellus000123 ummm i have seen it soo many times, i live near LAX they all was fly here, look you like boeing good for you, but i like airbus better, i just like the way they fly, now dont tell me im wrong and boeing is better, im entitled to a opinion to.
@maxwellus000123 What a heap of nonsense! Are you seriously telling me you judge the quality of an aircraft by its external appearance? How superficial and ignorant. Your rationale is laughable and leads me to believe you haven't a clue about engineering as it relates to the aviation industry. The A380 is an exceptional aircraft, a worthy successor to the iconic 747 and only a fool would say it was an "ordinary". Prefer Boeing if you will but do it from a position of "informed" opinion.
-747 always be the father , the god of the sky, always be the legend. i´m always remenber the fisrt 747 when i went to disneyland! was my fisrt airplane in my life.
I build a few parts of this plane right out of washington state and holy fuck do they expect super specific things. we have boeing touring our factory on a weekly basis.
@PCGAMEfreak No wonder they cost over $100 million - there's so many individual bits that have to be done by hand and checked rigorously!!! Nothing so simple as mass-producing cars...
They make them based off of the demand. If United Airlines experiences a rise in need for planes to carry out their international flights, then they order a new one.
Boeing is best than Airbus. Yes airbus have a lot of safety features and those fly by wire. That is why an a320 crash due to that fly by wire and safety features. Planes should follow the pilots not the computers
@Ivanlamperouge Most plane crashes are caused by pilot error. Don't try and take one example (wich you don't state wich crash) and use it as a general rule. Do some research.
@Ivanlamperouge it was a stupid pilot error he pulled the computer off but not all so the other computer dont get the right datas to altitude and speed.. get your facts right before u spread that shit around
@TheZioman You don't have a clue. The 747 is faster because it is slightly smaller and weighs less. The only way Boeing could complete with the Airbuses especially the A380 was developing a larger model. the 747-800. It's still smaller the A380 holds 555passengers where as the 747-800 only holds 450, though the 747 can go a bit faster they both cruise at m0.85 (855kmph).
@P40BH dude.. Can an Boing Fly Without a Tail ?!... I Doubt, Airbus can AND Airbus has A Bigger safety thingy!!! Boing Is OLD But Good VERY Good i'm not saying Boing Is bad i Yust Like Airbus more =D
@nikthepilot Yeah but the airbus 320 crash was created by fly by wire and boeing is the best. I have never heard of a boeing plane crash. there was 3 airbus crashes in the same week. i like boeing
@P40BH Sry For saying This but with ALL DO RESPECT: Are you Stupid Seriusly WITH ALL DO RESPECT yust Sayin' It Coze SO MANY Fucking Boing Crashes AND Boing has had more Crashes THan AIRBUS Ever DID BECASUE BOING has been In The Bussines MORE years Than AIrbus AND No Matter HOW Safe You make It There Will ALWAYS be Crashes...
@P40BH Dude i'm sry For calling you Stupid you yust Got the Wrong information you never heard of a Boing Crash ?! DUDE DON'T Tell me me you didn't head about the 2 B747's Coliding on a Runway at Tenerife north ?! OR all The other Crashes and YES There have been some Major Crashes From Airbuses side but AIRBUS AND BOING IS FUCKING EQUAL DUDE!" Both Got Big ass jets BOTH are safe and BOTH ARE FUCKING EXPENSIVE So Will you Stop That Boing is Better than Airbus !? THANK YOU!
@nikthepilot With all do respect. I am a ten year old boy who studied Boeing. so You leave me alone and stop curing on my page. Get it. dont say any thing. also learn how to spell!!!!!!!!!!!
@P40BH Dude you are Probalty using Wikiperdia AND I'M YUST A 13 YEAR OLD BOY !!! so Gratz with being 10 xD But dude i know ALOT About Airbuses, have fun bro
@P40BH COOL!... I Know There has been Some MAJOR Accidents With Airbus Lately The thing That Scares Me Most is Pobalty The Accidents That yust happened Where and AIrbus A330 on Final Approach Smulderet To Little Pieces VERY Weird and yea Boing is great it's AWESOME But I yust Love BOTH There SHOULD be Anough Room For That =D
@dookiekong007 No one else finds it amusingly hypocritical of this person saying that the A380 came out 'recently', yet tells someone else to 'know their dates'?
i was on my roof cleaning the gutters and the little boy next door asked me how I got up there (meaning the roof). And I replied "I FLIED" flapping my arms at the little boy.

@Ivanlamperouge it was a stupid pilot error he pulled the computer off but not all so the other computer dont get the right datas to altitude and speed.. get your facts right before u spread that shit around

From the looks of it, it takes a lot longer to manufacture a 747 than it is to build an A380.

The Americans do love their planes, but to be fair the 747 is the fastest airliner and beats any gay side sticked Airbus.
TheZioman 1 year ago
@TheZioman You don't have a clue. The 747 is faster because it is slightly smaller and weighs less. The only way Boeing could complete with the Airbuses especially the A380 was developing a larger model. the 747-800. It's still smaller the A380 holds 555passengers where as the 747-800 only holds 450, though the 747 can go a bit faster they both cruise at m0.85 (855kmph).
Callabris 1 year ago
@TheZioman Airbus A380 is faster AND WAY much better it Can Fly Half-way around the Globe! The 747 Can't ;D

Boings are my favor, but this film sucks big time, shows nothing and this music doesn't help at all !!!!
Try watching A 380 assembly (how to build an A-380 7 min)
This is real amazing and hi tech!!!

dookiekong007 1 year ago 3
@dookiekong007 No one else finds it amusingly hypocritical of this person saying that the A380 came out 'recently', yet tells someone else to 'know their dates'?

i was on my roof cleaning the gutters and the little boy next door asked me how I got up there (meaning the roof). And I replied "I FLIED" flapping my arms at the little boy.
