Roadside sobriety tests are not done to determine if somebody is drunk. Anyone can tell if someone is drunk without nystagmus testing, walking and all that shit. The tests are designed for evidence after the alcoholic shows up to court sober in their Sunday best. Cocksuckers like this kill 20,000 people each year. All drunks need lifetime revocation of their licenses and 10-years lockup. You wouldn't need jailspace; there wouldn't be any drunk drivers after the word got out.

No really, the simple fact remains for me that I would never drink while under the influence of alcohol. Not because I'm a bad driver, but because I know I just simply couldn't handle it. I'm not so much afraid of the law (though of course that's a vital part of it) as that I just don't want to crash my car!!!

The legal limit in Norway is 0,02 per mille, compared to 0,15 in America (HUUUGE DIFFERENCE!)
