This band doesnt really do anything I havent seen before. Typical grindcore band. Got your slow double bass pumpin away, breakdown guitar riffs, growling, then fast double bass, pretty useless bass guitar. I heard the Nailgun Massacre song by them. Like all breakdown focused bands they get you pumped up a bit.

Besides, you can clearly hear that, when he goes to play that 5th (it's not a chord -.-) way up there on the E-string instead of moving it up two string and staying back, he also hits that diminished bit way up top, and those notes may be harder to reach way down on the side (if they can be arranged in that way further down, at all).

That's not really something that can be increased or decreased by the guitar, that's just kind of something you either have or don't -.- Besides, I think what you describe as bad is actually good. How else would the Rain Song have been written? That's not exactly a tuning that most people spend a lot of time in.
