I believe that I, as a 3DS owner would not be alone in my excitement about possible dlc for 3DS games, I think it sounds rather badass. Imagine a pokemon game that gets expansions allowing you to go to previous regions! Or new tracks for Mariokart 7! Or maybe even add-ons for a Zelda game! I love The Legend Of Zelda.........

@metaking64 Mariokart 7, Kid Icarus, and the upcoming Smash bros. Are more games on my list. I think some people can't appreciate the sheer joy of innocent non-competitive or violent games so they wright off Nintendo as childish, but there are Nintendo games for more adult players like The Legend Of Zelda, It's actually one of my favorite game series of all time, Metroid is another one but I don't like it as much as Zelda.

@Fdatubeofyou Original games, not just remakes and ports. Mario Kart is a step in the right direction, since its an original game not just a remake of the N64 version, but until it comes out we not left with anything new to play.

Samurai Warriors Chronicles already had free DLC on the 3DS. The downloadable maps were not in the game cartridge, and they were extra lighthearted maps for those who already finished and grinded the game. Also, the 3DS has Super Mario 3D Land, which is an amazing game, and Pokemon Rumble Blast, a highly underrated game that relies on its endgame that the critics did not attempt to uncover as evidenced by their reviews. I dunno, but sometimes Jared's hatred for the 3DS seems unjustified.

MGS is one of my favourite game series but enough is enough. MGS4 wraped up the story nicely, and any holes is the overall plot were filled in by PO, PW and the soon to be released Rising. There's just no real need for a new chapter in the story arc IMO.

A full blown remake of MGS1 with modern graphics and MGS4 design sensibilities, however, is something I pray for everyday.

@megav365 I'm sorry, but i don't agree with you. DLC bring nothing good to a video game. It just make designer lazy. They no if they forget something in their game, the fan will request a DLC. Do you need a DLC for ocarina of time? No because the game was near perfect on release. From now on, you can assume that EVERY game that will come out have some sort of DLC planned before release. They make game with flaw so you have to buy their 20$ of additional content
