@cdevilx hard to reduce a cheek. sometimes that is because either one of three things: you are young and have baby fat, you are slightly heavier, or you were born that way. sometimes filling areas that are smaller on your face can actually make the cheeks look smaller without reducing them. that is what i call facial balance.
hey i want a slimmer face the middle area between the cheek bones and jaline . The buccal area. I had buccal done and no change will lipo in that area look good ? Im not fat just want a very refine model type look shape . Any surrgestions ?
cheek enhancement with juvederm ultra plus + botox treatment to masseters to reduce the size of jawline. this will result in a more model like profile
I Want a smaller nose, i think that would really pop out my cheekbones, but then again im only 14...:/

if I want my face to look longer/narrower, should I have fillers injected into the apple of my cheeks or more to the side to create cheekbones?

@dj6658 this is a hard question. i think someone needs to see your face in person to make that decision and do a proper consultation.

Hi Dr Lam, I recently heard that chin or cheek implants especially those made of solid silicon- are causing bone resorbtion and bone erosion.
Is this effect on the bone constantly increasing, or dose this erosion or resorbtion stop to a certain point?
What exactly causes this kind of bone resorbtion?
Is there less bone resorbtion with implants made of porous polyethylene (Medpore) because they permit tissue ingrowth and vascularisation?

So NO to implants.
Fat Grafting with stem cells is the only way to go when adding VOLUME to the face.
We want FULLNESS of YOUTH.
