Just one question: Where would it take place? Santa Cabeza (sorry if that's mispelled; i haven't played it in a while) was cleared out by the government and Frank was able to warn everyone about the infected children.

Belive me, I want a sequel as much as the next guy, but it would be hard to work Otis (because you know that they have to work him into it. I mean, how else is Frank going to learn about survivors?) and Isebella (if she is even alive) into the story easily.
