It's really amazing that pricks like this reporter could ever have considered themselves professionals while treating their younger compemporaries so poorly. they would possibly use VOX or SELLMER amps...I haven;t had a close look VOX gear was pretty much everywhere in the early sixties...the GERMAN show here pictured possibly provided all the gear not sure...not like GB amps it seems. Marriott famously leaves hse in Pimlico with a big old stack of FENDER beige amps (notsurewhatmodel) later with humble pie I'm sure he fell for MARSHALL amps but I'd say SELMER/VOX ac30/50
