omg! i can honestly say i have searched all over youtube & watched about 100 videos of girls loosing weight & your video has to be the best one ive found on giving advise on what to eat you actually are very detailed at explaining breakfast lunch diner & snacks & i like how its simple things you can find almost anywhere ive never had a problem with exercising but its that darn food i hate how most diets are nasty food but these foods you mentioned i actually love so ima give it a try thanks <3

I am not able to loose weight- why? I'm on 62kg and am trying to get to 58kg (I'm 5'4- 16yrs). Like today I ate a small plate of rice with curry and two mandarins and a single banana. On average I would've eaten another bowl of cornflakes but I didn't feel like eating breakfast today. I do, do exercise (approx. 4 hrs of tae kwon do a week). Although I do binge eat every 2 weeks or so (my binge eating sounds like what you eat atm- I don't think I can differentiate little form normal anymore :'()
@xoxrandomgirlxoxlol I think your binge eating is what is sabotaging you plus on top of that your body might be use to the workout that you are currently doing and needs a whole new overhaul. Try a new workout routine add a little more protein in your diet and watch your portions. Best of luck, you have youth on your side so things should progress once you change up a few things I suggested.
i love these tips because the things you're eating aren't hella expensive and they are things I can get from one place. i love the idea of adding tuna or salmon to a salad to make it more filling.

I just found your channel and you are just a beauty :) I am going through my weightloss journey as well so inspiration is a must to keep me motivated. I started at 197lbs and I am happy to say I am now 154 lbs. Counting calories and working out 4-5 times a week has got me this far. You did a fantastic job and that hair is fierce girl :) Work it!!!
Well done, you have great discipline. I would suggest however that you transition back to drinking milk and eating egg yolks after you've achieved your ideal weight. You need these things in your diet, obviously not to excess but they're very important in moderation.

You gave really good advice, it would probably help to talk about portion size and the amount of grams of protein and carbs you use in each meal...however olive oil isn't good to use for cooking b/c when heated to a high enough temperature it can become carcinogenic, if you want you can look it up but I just figured I can help by saying that :)

I have no appetite at all. I can go all day without eating! I went to the store and got some of the things that you mentioned in the last video but its not helping because Im not eating. @mrzkittypink I had the same problem when I started turbo fire and it was really making me weak and sore all the time.. But u have to eat so u can get some nutrition back into your muscle.. And let me tell u, when I started eating more when I was doing turbo my inches and weight loss went even faster! So try protein shakes for 1 meal replacements.. Get a timer to set every 3 hrs so when it goes off, grab something to eat.. I totally understand what your coming from.. But u can do it:)

FYI: the box oatmeal is not good.has a lot of sugar. try the regular oatmeal (oldskool). i use to work for a doctor in SB, CA. and i use to come in there with my packet of oatmeal and a cup and ask to use his hot water. lol. until he explain it to me. "justsafyi". u look good though. im still tryna loose my baby fat. he turned 1yr in april. lol
@annahc25 Yeah I know it's better, I said that in my 1st eating video:) Like to make regular oatmeal taste better u can add Raisins and fruit instead of sugar...I was doing that at first but I just wanted something different and the lady that does turbo fire showed that box so I jumped it lol.. Keep up the good work you look great. You can also try making smoothies and check out inshape4u videos right here on YouTube. That man truly gives one a workout. Eating every three hours and using small plates truly does work. I have about 20 more pounds to go.
Ok you just motivated the hell out of me. I just had my daughter 6 months ago and I was small before pregnancy and now my belly and thighs have taken over! I do 30 min of cardio but haven't noticed any real changes and I completely know why now my diet needs to change as well! Thanks so much for this video and the motivation. You look awesome!

I'm in love with trader joe, I get crazy excited when it is time to go.
seriously there prices are really good. and sense there is no chemicals
and crap the calories is alot less so you get to eat really good things without
blowing a bunch of calories. Changing that alone has help me lose about 35 pounds.

I went from size 4 to 8 after baby #1 just had baby #2 and you would think having 2 kids under 2 would be a workout in itself...but now I'm size 12...was wondering about turbo fire and if it would be worth the investment...was begining to think it worked only for white pple :) ...so thx 4 sharing...u look FAB!!

Your diet is exactly like mine. I've loss 30 pounds since February. I workout with a fit camp group in LA twice a week. You are giving GREAT advise for those who want to lose weight. Good job!

Hey fabulasityisme its your girl mrzkittypink... I have a couple of questions. As I told you before I started TurboFire and I already started to lose weight. My problem is I dont eat. I have no appetite at all. I can go all day without eating! I went to the store and got some of the things that you mentioned in the last video but its not helping because Im not eating. Do you have any advice for me????

@mrzkittypink I had the same problem when I started turbo fire and it was really making me weak and sore all the time.. But u have to eat so u can get some nutrition back into your muscle.. And let me tell u, when I started eating more when I was doing turbo my inches and weight loss went even faster! So try protein shakes for 1 meal replacements.. Get a timer to set every 3 hrs so when it goes off, grab something to eat.. I totally understand what your coming from.. But u can do it:)

@msjazsieashley Thank u! Congrats o and breastfeeding helps also!! U can burn 500 calories a day breastfeeding alone.. I was soooo upset with myself because i stop breastfeeding after 1 month:(

@fabulasityisme Lol I wanted to ask you if you breast fed too. But I did the same thing with my other son, I stopped breastfeeding him after like 3 months. But I was 21 and body bounced right back after having him. Now almost 5 years later Im not that lucky lol

@br1anna91 Well when I was working out hard I ate around 1600 to 1800 because I was burning a ton of calories so I had to eat more.. But staying around 1400 is fine..

FYI: the box oatmeal is not good.has a lot of sugar. try the regular oatmeal (oldskool). i use to work for a doctor in SB, CA. and i use to come in there with my packet of oatmeal and a cup and ask to use his hot water. lol. until he explain it to me. "justsafyi". u look good though. im still tryna loose my baby fat. he turned 1yr in april. lol

@annahc25 Yeah I know it's better, I said that in my 1st eating video:) Like to make regular oatmeal taste better u can add Raisins and fruit instead of sugar...I was doing that at first but I just wanted something different and the lady that does turbo fire showed that box so I jumped it lol.. Congrats on your weight loss & healthy eating journey, you look great at the size you are now , how tall are you? Turkey bacon & turkey sausage is all I eat if I'm eating breakfast meats. I use the carton of egg whites too b/c of the convenience.

Love your vids! I'm so used to weighing like 145 or 150 pounds. After college I weighed 216!! Went to the doctor Monday and my blood pressure was high! Keep up the good work you look great. You can also try making smoothies and check out inshape4u videos right here on YouTube. That man truly gives one a workout. Eating every three hours and using small plates truly does work. I have about 20 more pounds to go.

Ok you just motivated the hell out of me. I just had my daughter 6 months ago and I was small before pregnancy and now my belly and thighs have taken over! I do 30 min of cardio but haven't noticed any real changes and I completely know why now my diet needs to change as well! Thanks so much for this video and the motivation. You look awesome!
