Apple created the mp3 player without a doubt, before the ipod it was just liek cassette/cd players that were portable. The ipod held a bunch of songs and it was the size of a deck of cards. i recall a mac OS upgrade where close to nothing was compatible. and the only reason why macs usually don't need to be upgraded when an OS update comes is because they are sold with parts picks that offer pretty good performance. if you spend as much on a PC as you would on a Mac, then the PC would not need upgrading for a long time. also the new visual styling of Vista is more advanced than ever before, and more advanced than OSX, so it's gonna need some good hardware.

Lol, if apple made a console, it wouldn't have any games. The Xbox is based on DirectX. As far as I know, Apple isn't known for advanced graphics in gaming.

Strangely enough Fur 08, the iPhone seems to be leaning towards a sort of iWii direction with the accelerometer acting as a motion detecting game controller and the games offered on the App store look pretty solid.

Apple and Nintendo's paths may be crossing because both are interested in this sort of motion control, and even the aesthetics of the Wii itself look very Apple-white. Though if they'll be in conflict or collaboration, only time will tell.

Lawl I have a PowerMac g4, I have a core 2 duo PC windows XP, and I have a laptop with windows 98 and ubuntu and I'm happy with all of them. All 4 of those OSs are really fine. 98/xp/OS X 10.4.10/Ubuntu. Well I put Vista on my Xp machine. Intel Core 2 6400 2.13GHz and 2 gigs of ram. And trust me when I say my video card is not lame. and Vista ran alright. A bit laggy not as much lag as everyone makes it out to be but BUGGY! is where it is. I can't even imagine patches fixing this.
