No that is a salt water marsh on the York River right across the street. The ocean is about a 10 minute drive away. There are three salmon/trout rivers in the surrounding area. This is a big eco-tourism area, with lots of fishing and other outdoor or river/ocean activities. My man can guide you fly fishing if you ever want to go!
