uhm how does he get on the board when he starts the tow in? i mean how does he stand on it , those pads are normal skim pads, how does hekeep the board at his feet when it starts to pull?

@lonewolf3611 water pressure and flotation of the board take care of it (and a little bit of skill). Its not too hard though.
