I recently bought a contourHD 1080p. I am happy with its video quality but the image stabilizaton seems to be lacking - especially under high speed decending the video is very shaking almost unusable. Are you happy with goPro under highspeed(cycling)?
@zijohnsv Mounting the cam somewhere on your body (ie helmet) works well. With these cameras it isn't so much image stabilization, it's how wide of an angle the camera is. GoPro has a field of view up to 170 degrees. I would guess the angle of view of the Contour is smaller.
I used a GoPro HD with the handlebar mount.
