Ugh.!! I cant believe this. :( no one told me this and i had surgery already ! :( not cool. Can we take something before we eat to help us digest the fat..someone help ! :(

I just found out from my doctor (one of the top doctors in the world) that I can't eat a lot of oil from now on, or fat. I had to cut meat from my diet, which makes sense because I can't digest fat like I used to. Please let people know out there that we are prone to heart disease now if we continue to eat fat, as we don't digest it. I was told I could get heart disease within 3 years if I continues to eat oily foods. I should have rid the gallstones naturally, and yes, it can be done!
