Yes, plastics and stuff of the kawa get the price, but the engine of kawa 250 is a crappy noisy shit... sad but it's true. @Cripton805 AND! hysoung cruising speed is higher. It comes with a little bit "short" relationship in the transmission. I changed the relation and 130-135 the bike was smooth and nice. No power loss when getting out of some huge-truck air bubble
@hydrogenix in the end, its still a hyosung and theyre noth 250's comparable bikes and you had to modify it to cruise better. I dont really care about either bikes, but there isn't major differences in power. Quality wise I would say the Kawasaki is better and I think the new ones look way better than the Hyosungs. The older 250's look like crap. And the Kawas will be easier to sell in the future and people trust them a hell of alot more. They also retain their value better.
@Cripton805 yeah, just like any cheap bike, u have to modify something to make it run better in any way. Kawa is smaller, i know it's pure look, but it's smaller and looks crappy... People trust the trademark, that's true at 100% and keeps the price better.. even if hyosung has better engine (it is, it's a V twin with 8 valves) kawa will be valued higher... stereotypes :( plastics of hyosung are like 7 from 1->10 that's sad...some terminations too but for the money it costs hyo rulz :))
@Cripton805 hyosung comes with caburators or fuel injection, depending of the country, same as kawa. The only advantage it gives - it's more "green" and consumes even less fuel, doesn't reflect in power at all. (may be testing it in a lab, but you will never feel the 0.5hp difference...) Cheerz

And yes, if you have some high quality service to connect your fuel injection system to a computer - you don't have to mess up with anything. If you don't live in a european developed country - it's a pain. Nobody can fix it when something works wrongly. What would you do if your fuel injection system gets "crazy" in a middle of "nowhere"?

@hydrogenix Yes I would, due to the cold starts. I prefer fuel injection many times over a carburator. It would be my turning point toward something else. Carbs can be finicky and can have B**** fits. lol

A carb you just need to hit it with something heavy and you're on the ride again. It's true and you can't discuss it because everybody knows that. @Cripton805 Cold starts - there is a magic invention that obstructs the air intake and starts perfectly well in any condition. I went to Ushuaia (one of the southest points of the world) with a NX400 bike, ofcourse carburated coz it will never have fuel injection (the engine seems to be something from 70's haha) You just have to move the obstructor, press the ignition button, make it suffer for 3 seconds and be happy. And yes, with -18 outside.

I own a GT650S(Basically an R without the bottom fairings [Sort of like the SV650S]) and I can tell you they're fairly good bikes. Talk shit about them as much as you want, but I guarantee you that these bikes could keep pace on the track with a professional rider onboard. In the end, that's really where the real performance of a bike comes from. I've only had the thing to 130MPH, but I also haven't tried to use every ounce of gearing, either. Some of the materials they use, though, are cheap.

They should have chosen a better name than Hyosung...It should have been called Comet, so for example Comet SX600R in comparison to Honda CBR600RR.... Hyosung relates it to its Korean origin and people get scared away. Because of that, they are underrated bikes.

that engine sounds sweet, and the bike looks cool, even though these bikes are underrated, they are just as cool as other bikes from what i have seen i have a cbr 600 and i do like the bike in this video its pretty nice.

hyosung is nearly 90% suzuki... all the one who say hyosung sucks just dont have an idea man^^ there wouldnt be 30 years of hyosung if they dont build good bikes... in korea nearly 80% of all bikes are hyosungs...

Ive got the 125 and rode 1800 miles on it in 2 weeks, its a brilliant bike, no other 125 has so much presence on the rode.

You spaz, when you have a bike with a V Twin why dubb the audio with an inline four, do the bike justice. Mine has a screaming demon pipe and is up there with dukes.

They should have chosen a better name than Hyosung...It should have been called Comet, so for example Comet SX600R in comparison to Honda CBR600RR.... Hyosung relates it to its Korean origin and people get scared away. Because of that, they are underrated bikes.

hey man.. i really want a hyosung more than all the top brands so fuck you.. im not dumb.. they dont sound like that.. my cousin has one and they have a very deep tone.. it sounds badass to me but it doesnt sound like the ones in this video.. i really like these bikes.. just accept the fact they have deeper engine tones..

@epiphonehtm Hahaha, No, they dont. Find me one video that sounds like that with a hyosung. Plus, most of the tones in that video were low rpms. the sound from this video sounded like a 600 supersport. not a sport 650 or 250.

ese sonido no es de la hyosung, ya que esta moto es una bicilindrica i ni cagando da ese sonido, ese es un sonido de un motor dispuesto de 4 cilindros en linea.
que barza los de hyosung.
