  • so that was a draw right?

  • @6:37 Kramnik was like, "So this is all u got? World No.1 with cheap tricks? Now look, I pinned ur bishop, I can't believe i will win this so easily"

@6:49 Carlsen: "And u a former world champion didn't see the true trick? seriously? Watch this" Rxh7Kramnik: "Shit, what is happening here? nothing can happen here, you just blundered a Rook"

@7:52 Kramnik,"Wow I didn't saw that. For sure u will be the next world champion."

@7:55 Carlsen, "Dad, I want to buy some ice cream and Justin Bieber album

  • Ну и рожа у этого Карлсена - настоящий дикий викинг!)) Я бы сразу сдался!!)))

  • hope nobody sneezes

  • THEY DRAW

  • i find theyre awesome at moving the pieces.i would probably knock everything over trying to go that fast

  • At 7:13 why Kramnik didn't take the rook with a queen??

  • @sfhdiosha ive been staring at this for a couple minutes i have no idea

  • @rippedonchronic

carlsen would've played Qc3+ and because of white's bishop on e6, the only way for black to get out of check is to block with their queen. after Qg7 carlsen would play Qh3+, and for the same reason as before, black would play Qh7 and the game would end in a threefold repetition. as you can see in the game recapturing with the king also led to a draw, so it really didn't matter what piece recaptured

  • @sfhdiosha Because carlsen will probably go for a draw with ....Qc3+ , Qg7 n Qh3+

  • Comment removed

  • @sfhdiosha would still be a draw

  • Did he really have to buy the same ugly shirt to his son?

  • I like how the top comment completely ruins the video

  • The characters of the chess players are quite boring nowadays. No Fischer who leaves the tournament, no Kasparov who looks like he's gonna cry when he loses, no crazily sacking Tal, no Spassky sensing some radiation, no Steinitz playing with God...

  • @sdfgdsgfsdfs Save that drama for television

  • @sdfgdsgfsdfs If you want drama see the Kardashians show. This is chess. This is serious.

  • lmao watch the left kid in the background!

  • @kuphix: i agree with you, but Carlsen didn't refuse . Why ???

  • I don't know what Kramnik is deliberating after Be6. He only has one move that's not instant mate.

  • Saw the World champion of year 2030?

  • @drowsy267 NICE

  • @Wanderfels

Yeah, that was actually really nice! It's one of those things that reminds me of the goodness in the world. Here's to world peace!

  • I watched this on another video where you could see what time each player left. When Carlsen made that Rook sacrifice [to claim the draw], he had 11 seconds left on the clock and Kramnik has over 40 seconds left. It was an all or nothing moment, which makes it even more impressive! It was also apparently a total surprise to Kramnik, who I think was sure that he would win on time anytime soon.

  • @MrMusicalLion You forget that they receive 2 second more for each move so noone has lost at time in this championnship and surely Kramnik has NEVER think he can win at time ! You are just totally wrong, sorry.

  • @machouil1 I don't know, four people liked my comment so clearly there is some sort of opinion that I could be right. I don't mind if I'm wrong, it's not like I get anything from it, lol. Your comment is worth consideration, I hadn't thought of that. Chill :)

  • @machouil1 Kramnik won on time against Nakamura. watch?v=qNfrsWpUH00

  • draw
