Hello... Have you ever tested DietOramy diet regime (search google)? I've come across quite a few great stuff on it and in addition my daughter reduced considerable excess extra fat using it.
I've been studying the topic of weight loss for about 10 years now (I'm a personal trainer for a living) so I think I can shed some light on the topic.
HOW TO LOSE FAT
1) Cut out carbs in the evenings (eat "low glycemic" carb sources in the day).
2) Choose the exercises that burn the most calories (NOT sit ups and curls). Squats, Lunges, Pull Ups etc. are great examples.
3) Use the software and meal plans from FatLossCustomized. com
I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

well if you eat breakfast (a small one) then your body is ready for that next meal, and your metabolism never stops. every meal it is warmed up and ready to burn...but if you skip the warming up (breakfast) and then eat later, yea it will still start up your metabolism then, but everything is more effective, in terms of burning calories and whatnot, in the morning...i mean i cant explain WHY it does that, or why it helps, but it does

1st off shes very wrong on the olive oil part the only oil you should cook with is coconut oil olive oil is only good for you "raw" like on salad but olive oil cooked is just as bad if not worse for you than any other oil cooked if youre making scrambled eggs you can put a little bit of water on the bottom on the pan thats what i do and its just fine. 1egg+3whites, sliced tomato & baby cucumber, 2 tbs FF cottage cheese, 3 ricecakes [serving]. Eat 1 peice of fruit before your meal.
I like eggs and there's absolutely nothing wrong with them, but for some strange reason, unless I eat them everyday, I can't eat eggs in the morning, because for some reason my stomach aches later on in the day. I can eat eggs at night and not suffer from a bellyache. It's mainly in the mornings that I'm really afraid to eat them. I have found tofu much more tolerable for my body in the morning. It's the prep time that's kind of a drag.
I'm just passing through, I read some pretty intense comments. I feel sorry for the few people in here that feel that EVERYTHING, or most things that may get eatten shoule consist of "Nothing" in order to lose weight. where most people lose their weight battle is in the BALANCE department. Eggs are crap in terms of creating health in your body. They have excess protein, are full of cholesterol and saturated fat.
A superfood is something more like Kale, sweet potatoes or blueberries.

I'm just passing through, I read some pretty intense comments. I feel sorry for the few people in here that feel that EVERYTHING, or most things that may get eatten shoule consist of "Nothing" in order to lose weight. where most people lose their weight battle is in the BALANCE department. Everything in balance, and barring something medicaly being wrong, weight loss should happen.

If you really want to lose weight using this breakfast, ditch the fruit/salsa (sugar), cilantro is useless here. Use steamed spinach, lots of it.
Scramble eggs, fry em with LITTLE extra virgin olive oil, add spinach, then at the end, put goat cheese or something.

you idiot eggs are protein and you lose alot of weight 80 calories per egg so 2 scrambled eggs on a low fat 150 calorie english muffin and lose tons of weight

Not really, if you have egg whites then its fine, Normal egg has a tremendous amount of cholesterol in them, and may lead to heart disease.
