Sleep apnea seems to be a very dangerous sleep disorder; recently Ive read lots of articles encouraging patients and people to be aware if they are having any symptom on sleep disorders. Thank you for posting this video! I was just diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. However, I wasn't aware of the significance of this problem.
