  • Hey man thanks alot. I fell funny on my head and it rearly hurt after doing this it felt alot softer and didn't hurt as much but it crunched when I moved my head is that normal?

  • @irkelster Heat tends to be better from chronic issues, but no more than 15 mins at a time. If ice works for you, then go for it.

  • sup man, am 18 n i have been on the weights too long... my right shoulder clicks when i raise and lower my arm... something to do with inflamed tendons clicking pass each other? i can't get rid of it and i've been of the weights fully for 3 months for fuck sake, i want to start training again but until it goes i can't, please can you help me?

  • i dont know if this has anything to do with it but ive been having muscle sorness somewhere in my shoulder towards i think my collar bone after playing teatherball i dony know how to get rid of it.

  • thank you cr for ur tips... i have had swollen tepiezim muscles all my life. sometimes so much spasm that i get neck pain and squinting feeling vomitish folled by headaches. ... i have been to dr and had Xrays but nothing helps . i cant eat pain killers. i have had a stress full life. my 2 kids died and i cant have normal kids, so life is not bed of roses for me.... anyways i thank you for ur tips... i am not in usa or i wud have come straight to u ... any more tips are welcome .....

  • First it was a painful back and arm, now it is just a painful upper arm with a lot of tingling in the left thumb and some tingling in the forearm. Any good exercises to help relieve the nerve pressure in the back?

  • @surajrnair3 Hard to confirm without an examination, but sounds like it might be a ganglionic cyst. Have it examined properly before any treatment, "cure" can be recommended. If you live in the Parkland area, I'd be happy to check it out for you.

    hello Thanks for your tips , very good

    my problem stems from getting orthotics insoles , they were expensive and especially made for me

    anyway it all started with me getting torn calf muscle and some upper back spasm , so i got the insoles

    they are for high arches , since i got them i,m having lots more spasm's all up my left side , It band , around hip and lower upper back and neck , what should i do if the physio isn't helping ?
