hey! i have an inglot palette as well and i was actually able to get my shadows out by taking one of the magnets from the cap and hovering it on top of the eye shadows. i guess the pans and the magnets from the lids attract! i dont think it works for everyone, but it worked for me :)

Hi Tiffany not sure if the smaller pallets are the same but next time instead of using your knife to take out the eyeshadow use one of the magnets on the inglot cover. Run the magnet on the corner of the eyeshadow and it should pop up.
