Horrible recipe! I tried it last night and putting all that fetta made it extremely salty. The spinach was overpowering. And the added salt only made it even saltier. It looked pretty, but the taste was. Horrible two thumbs down. What a waste of my time energy and pie crust!
triple washing will get you lots of chlorine bleach...totally not healthy. go organic and rinse your spinach with distilled water. fluoridated tap water......totally not healthy.
Nice job looks great 4 stars, i don't agree with the organic side of things, everything that grows naturally or with the help of GE, chemicals is still Organic by definition. Free range is correct for eggs, but all spinach is organic, no such thing as non organic spinach, try not to spread this marketing BS. PS I grow my own veges naturally, so i'm not advocating sloppy growing methods I still have to wash them :(.
Hey Great vid! But may I point out one thing: when you squeeze the water out of the spinach a lot of valuable nutrients are lost. Do not steam the spinach. simply put it into a pan with some olive oil and a bit of garlic if you like and then let it wilt down, stirring in a tablespoon of water. This way, the water doesn't have to be squeezed out, and you get all of the nutrients! :)

If you're concerned about nutrients lost from steaming you could squeeze the spinach over a bowl and drink the water.
