Bandit Signs - End the Nightmare of Hanging Bandit Signs Using the (Sign Hammer)

i have been following loosely this issue !

And these signs are every where who removes them and keeps these things clean ? would it not be a better choice to just pay for advertising ?

these signs really just add to the trash we have to look at on the street its an insult to the eyes to not be able to look down without seeing the trash but you can not even look up or forward with out seeing the litter !

So I'm guessing if no one bitches it's just fine to do as you wish !!

@gsummerfield4u I find it interesting that some residents of this city view the posting of bandit signs as a larger blight problem than the 40K vacant houses & the 35K vacant lots. Not hearing anyone up in arms about that.

@killerbee19382 Actually, they get these properties into the hands of investors who will fix up abandoned houses and what not. So you have two choices: abandoned houses or bandit signs.

Do you ever get fined ? And did you build your buyers list before you did your first deal, or did you just put a house under contract and market it.

@Dmacho78 Unfortunately, no, I didn't build my buyers list before I did my first deal - HUGE mistake! The saving grace was utilizing bandit signs, and at the right price, I got a lot of calls, and was able to build my list for that zip in the process.
