lol are these muppets serious? internet filters.. lmfao.. blacklisting websites.. lmfao... 5 minutes of my time and any blacklisted qwebsite can be viewed, you cannot filter the internet no matter what these wankers think.. also ISP providerts will not use filters as they all know they dont work. its all a crock of shit and not worth worrying about.. any1 can get around filters. any blacklisted website can be bypassed

I think what Tom was trying to say was that with PC filters, you could get around them and leave no remaining affect on your connection or the network as a whole. Where as with the ISP level filter, it will still be useless cause anyone who wants to bypass it, will easily be able to, but then there will be a residual negative affect for every user on the network.
