Monthly fee for online game is nothing. In fact, you save money. You go out less eating out or watching movie. You spend less outside while camping for NM at home. $19.99 is nothing.

ya its usually only 10 to 15 bucks a month. I also find that I buy almost no games when I play an mmorpg which leads to me avoiding many 60 dollar purchases. They constantly update them which is cool and they're the best multiplayer games ever. I just hope for this one they let you make extra characters for free.

I'm sure they will let us make a set amount of characters in 14. Only reason why you had to pay more in 11 is because there is no need for more then 2 characters seein how you can change jobs in a few seconds.

perfect plan is to get the PS3/Advent bundle, then 13 and 14. 14 is way prettier I think. I'm not saying 13 isn't, just that it favors 12, which wasn't my fave as far as imagery goes. so I'm hoping 14 will take that leap beyond and go in a new direction for future versions

Xbox "fan" here. Nah, I do care, and I might just buy a PS3 for this. However, I'd expect it to make it to PC eventually. It's an MMO, console only players always bitch about monthly fees, this might not do to well being PS3 only.

On another note, kind of sad how PS3 owners don't realize their comments are just as sad as xbox fanboy comments. Why do people care about this shit? If a game is on another console, big deal. All this fanboy shit needs to end.

Actually this time around the ps3 hardwares more powerful for its time than the ps2 hardware so I don't think graphics will matter too much. I would choose based on whether I want to use a controller or whether I want to take advantage of apps on PC(like the windower and parsers which are sweet)
