This maybe an old video, but you really helped me create a Comment Page and a Store for my website. I agonized over how hard this was going to be, especially the Store Front and it was so incredibly simple. Thank you so much!!!!
Very cool. Simple and easy. Is it save for all the email address entered in the form? Meaning is it private? I don't wish for my customers to get junk mail afterwards....
I'm just looking for the code. So I can make comment boxes myself. But that actually is a good idea. To make them use there name and email. I might do. that.
got question! so im making a website as part of my college project... is it possible to create a comment box which will be used for an offline website!
FYI This won't work with older versions of iWeb. The first version that allowed HTML snippets was iWeb 08 :)
In the older versions you had to open up your published pages and insert the code into the published html page. Much more complicated for the average user.
THANK YOU, iweb 09 supposedly has an option to add comments and search boxes but I've been trying to get it to work forever. I have disabled all Arial fonts, I have redone the blog repeatedly, I have tried various templates. Nothing worked. Also, I didn't forget to check my address for the word "tip" (supposedly that's one of the problems with iweb) but it didn't exist. As you see, I'm someone who's really given iWeb a chance but it failed me. If only I knew how to add search field now! ty again
Hi Ben - thank you so much for the great tutorial! I have my comment box in my iweb site and it looks perfect. Can you tell me if it is possible to get the form to leave a copy of the comments on the website? I'm using it as a guestbook and would like others to see the history of comments. Thanks!
I have never really explore that option and it is also something i would like to do myself ! but as far as i can see on there website it is Not possible :(
Hi, i am very new to designing websites. I was wandering how you got thet Web widgets button on your iWeb editor. Do I have to download it from somewhere?
Thank you very much for the great video, really easy to follow. I am now set up and working with the comments box. I will have a look at your other tutorials, Thanks
A fine tutorial, I've been looking for one. Was it made with iShowU HD? That's a nifty program, but I only have the trial version, I haven't searched out a keygen yet.

This video is great but if you can add some more points like text explanation and could use different style of presentation would be better impact.
