Wait, so the only way to heal is through items?!

No inns, limited saves, & the D-Counter... Who in the right mind would make all these HUGE changes? Especially the LIMITED SAVES & NO INNS, just madness I say. It's like they were purposely trying to end the series of this game. :/

@McBurgerTown123 To long time fans,yeah,I guess it looks that way. But to me,I saw a unique RPG that was actually quite challenging. Honestly to this day this is still one of my favorite RPG's.

Hi, can you give me some tips for slow down the D-Counter?

I've had this game for 8 years and I just can't finish it x3

I lost the booklet so I had to figure out all the functions of the game (adding exp. poins, etc...). I recently got how does this game works and I'm leveling up with all the pints from all my restarts but I still can't figure out how to slow down the D-Counter >.<

And a good tip for beating Centre bosses too, I just can't get rid of that Absolute Guard they have...mmm but I think I'll get the answer for this by watching :D

@loveforleggy For Centre bosses,a HUGE saving grace to have is Transfer,which can be stolen from bots in PowerOne. This lets Nina transfer her AP to Lin or Ryu. This means you get more chances to hit,longer combos,making the whole strong more powerful,which should break through Absolute Defense. The shield always goes back after a combo though,so you'll most likely need to keep transfering AP. Also,bring plenty of healing items,you're gonna need them.

@loveforleggy There is no way to lower the D-Counter. The only way to keep it in check is by not using Dragon Form,or using it sparingly. The best you can do for a first playthrough is play cautiously. Never fight enemies in large groups unless you have attacks that hit enemies all around or in a cone. Save Dragon Form for really hard bosses you cannot seem to beat;I cannot stress that enough,as you need it for end game.
